Hi! My name is Karen MacDonald and I am the Head Coach and Technical Director of the Glenmore Gymnastic Club. This is my 22nd year with this wonderful club and I love every minute of it! I am a certified Level 3 Women's Gymnastics coach, Level 2 Men's coach, and Level 2 Trampoline coach. I have been coaching for 29 years now and look forward to many more.

Sydney Jones - Competitive Lead Coach

Sydney Jones has spent her entire gymnastics career with Glenmore. Beginning as a competitive provincial athlete in 2008, she then turned to coaching in 2014 and is now the leader of the competitive coaching group.

Sydney is a certified C2 Women's gymnastics coach and Level 2 Trampoline coach..

Bobby Knight - Acro Lead Coach

Robert (Bobby) Knight is a classically trained MAG and TNT gymnast who started acrobatics while in University in Kelowna BC. He has experience coaching high performance WAG and Trampoline, as well as ACRO. He is certified level 2 WAG, trained level 3 trampoline, and is helping NCCP develop the ACRO comp 1 coaching course. In addition, he is the acrobatic coaching coordinator for AGF and a member of the National Program Committee for acrobatics
