At this time the club is currently seeking qualified individuals for the following positions: COACHES (Recreational and Competitive Programs) Glenmore Gymnastics is currently seeking motivated, talented, energetic leaders to become part of their coaching team. Qualified individuals will have, or will be in the process of achieving, National Coaching Certification (NCCP) and will have previous gymnastics experience at either a recreational or competitive level. Previous coaching experience is an asset but is not required. As a coach with Glenmore Gymnastics, you will be responsible for: designing and implementing lesson plans, instructing a group of 4 - 8 individuals, communicating progress back to both athletes and parents, and ensuring both a safe and positive training experience for the athlete. You must be an excellent communicator, able to work in a team environment and have a love for kids. Time commitment is approximately 5 - 12.5 hours per week for the competitive program and 1 to 18 hours per week for the recreational program. Glenmore Gymnastics offers competitive compensation commensurate with experience.
