Parkour is all about safely and creatively overcoming obstacles by running, jumping, and climbing from point A to point B. In the parkour world, an athlete is called a "traceur"—and we would love for your child to come trace a new path with us!
Our Parkour classes are designed for high-energy kids and teens between the ages of 6 and 16! We currently offer both Beginner and Intermediate levels, ensuring every traceur is challenged safely and appropriately based on their current skill set.
Get ready to burn off some serious energy! During this action-packed 90-minute class, athletes get a fantastic full-body workout that feels like pure play. They will build strength and flexibility while mastering tumbling skills, balance and holds, agility elements, dynamic block work, and even handstands!
Nope! Our programs feature continuous registration. You can sign your athlete up today, and if you join right in the middle of a month, we will happily pro-rate your fees so they can jump into class immediately!
