Glenmore Gymnastics Fees Breakdown

Additional fees that are not included in the schedule:

Your invoice is issued immediately when you register for an experience or a camp.
Registration is not automatic or renewable. You will not be invoiced again unless you choose to register for another session.
If you do not want to continue into the next session, you do not need to withdraw or provide notice.
Your session registration invoice will include the class fee, prorated as needed based on the session's calendar, and session administrative fee.
The AGF Membership Fee is added only to your first registration invoice of the season, and cannot be prorated or refunded. The fee is required annually by AGF and is transferable to any other gymnastics club in the province. Later session invoices include only the class fee and administrative fee for the applicable session.
If you register after a session has started, the class fee is prorated for the remaining classes.

Competitive program fee amounts are not displayed in the class list.
Your exact program fee depends on athlete placement, program level, and weekly training schedule.
Glenmore will confirm the applicable program fee and invoicing details before enrollment.

The AGF Membership Fee is charged once per season and cannot be prorated.

GGC Administrative Fee

This fee goes to improve our gym, equipment purchases, maintenance and other program expansions.

Alberta Gymnastics Federation (AGF) Membership Fee

This is a mandatory fee collected by the Alberta Gymnastics Federation (AGF) to cover accident/injury insurance for participants and liability insurance for member clubs. It supports program delivery, provides access to NCCP coaching certification courses, and authorizes participation in AGF-sanctioned events. The fee includes registration, a GymCan fee, and covers coaches, athletes, and judges.

Recurring experience or camp prices shown on Glenmore pages are per month.

Registration can begin any time a class has space.

Recurring experience program fees are invoiced once per month.

Recurring experience program fee invoices are sent out on the first of the month.
